- the melange of jurisdiction between County Court and High Court
- the violation of ‘Convention Rights’, i.e. human rights articles 6, 7, 8 and 10

Regarding contact with their children, Social Services even go as far as ignoring court orders. You can only believe the un-believable when you know the people concerned…
